This isn't simply an acoustic-electric guitar.  It features Taylor's famous "Expression" system which gives this guitar an amazing guitar through your amplifier or DI.  It faithfully reproduces the guitar's native tones using their patented Dynamic Sensors to capture top and string vibration.  It was created in partnership with renowned audio pioneer Rupert Neve.  The Taylor ES is seamlessly integrated into the design of the guitar from the ground up.  Onboard tone controls provide added flavor - or you can set it flat for an uncolored, exceptionally clean amplified sound.  It is a SUPERB example of Taylor craftmanship and I am selling it below it's market value (and much lower than I purchased it).
This guitar comes with its ORIGINAL CASE.  This guitar has been kept in perfect condition in a humidified environment.  I am extremely careful with my guitars and this one is no exception.  I even have the original Owner's Registration, Price Tag (listed at $3,768.00 Retail Price), and original Expression System pick-up CD.
