I rate it 8.8  It has a chip at the tip of the headstock. It has whats looks like two little ash burn spots that only go threw the clear coat of the body. No dents. No scratches. The neck looks a little dirty from normal use. I didn't even try to clean it. I didn't want to ruin it (it doesn't bother me any).
I've had this guitar for less than year and I spent half of the time on TUNING it. It's so close to sounding the best it can. I should've adjusted the pickups LAST, not first. Now, all there is IS the the pickups. But, it's sooo close though. It sounds bad ass just where it is. I'm burnt out now. Time to sell it (you gota do what ya gota do). I just wouldn't feel right if I got less than 9 for it.The best guitar I've ever owned.
