You are looking at a 1974 Fender Stratocaster. It is in VERY nice condition. Natural Ash body with maple neck. This guitar plays and sounds GREAT, with NO issues. The body is in very nice original condition with a couple of minor marks in the back, that wont show in the pics. The neck is equally nice. I believe the neck has been proffesionaly refreted at some point, due to the fact that the frets seem bigger to me than a typical strat of that vintage.Either way, the neck is a joy to play!! The guitar has a 5 way switch, and another thing I should mention is that this guitar has NO HUM. The typical hum that strats make is not there on this guitar. The pick ups are silent when you are not playing, so some work was done to them,or they were changed before  got the guitar a bunch of years ago, from a well known reputable local collector.

All the original hardware is excelent, and the guitar comes with it's original case. This guitar is truly an exceptional players' instrument!!!

ONLY REASON I AM SELLING IS BECAUSE I HAVE SWITCHED TO PLAYING TELES AND CHARVELS, AS I LIKE THOSE NECK PROFILES BETTER, AND I AM SELLING ALL THE STRATS THAT I HAVE COLLECTED THROUGH THE LAST 20 YEARS.

The reserve on this guitar is so low for how this guitar looks and plays, it is practicaly stupid,but I have realized that it is time for it to go to a good home, instead of collecting dust in my closet,as it has for the last few years!!

Some one is going to get a great vintage strat for the equivalent of today's "Guitar Center Junk" prices.
